These classic chocolate peanut butter no-bake cookies are quick, easy, and require no oven, making them a perfect treat for any occasion.

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups quick cook oats
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Measure out peanut butter, oats, and vanilla into separate containers.
  2. Line two baking sheets with wax paper.
  3. Set the prepared baking sheets aside.
  4. Add butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa to a medium saucepan.
  5. Place the saucepan on medium heat.
  6. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil.
  7. Boil for exactly 1 minute and 15 seconds once a full boil is reached.
  8. Remove the saucepan from the heat immediately.
  9. Quickly stir in the peanut butter until melted.
  10. Add the quick cook oats and stir until combined.
  11. Add the vanilla extract and stir until fully incorporated.
  12. Working quickly, use two kitchen tablespoons to drop mounds of the cookie mixture onto the prepared wax paper.
  13. Let the cookies cool for 30 minutes, or until completely set.
