Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (250 g) Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup (40 g) protein powder
  • 1-2 tbsp nut butter

  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • Milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy milk)

Instructions

  2. Add protein powder to the bowl.
  3. Add nut butter to the bowl.
  4. Add any optional ingredients, like cocoa powder, to the bowl.
  5. Stir thoroughly with a whisk or spoon until the ingredients are well-blended.
  6. Continue to stir until the mixture is smooth.
  7. If the mixture is too thick, gradually add a splash of milk.
  8. Stir until the pudding reaches your desired consistency.
  9. Taste the pudding.
  10. Adjust the sweetness with maple syrup or honey if needed.
  11. For added texture, stir in chia seeds (optional).
  12. Let the pudding sit for 5 minutes, allowing the seeds to thicken the mixture slightly (optional).
  13. Serve immediately.
  14. Alternatively, refrigerate for up to 3 days in an airtight container.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
Mix thoroughly to avoid any protein powder lumps.
Adjust sweetness to your personal preference.
For extra texture, stir in chia seeds and let sit for 5 minutes.
