An incredibly easy and festive slow cooker candy made with chocolate, peanut butter, and nuts, perfect for holiday gifting or parties.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peanuts dry roasted or regular salted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 lb. vanilla almond bark
  • 1 lb. chocolate almond bark
  • 12 oz. dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles optional

Instructions

  1. Place peanuts, pecans, creamy peanut butter, vanilla almond bark, chocolate almond bark, and dark chocolate chips into your slow cooker.
  2. Set the slow cooker to low for 2 hours, or to high for 1 hour.
  3. Stir the mixture approximately every 20 minutes until completely melted and combined.
  4. Once melted, scoop 2 tablespoons of the candy mixture into individual cupcake liners placed in a regular-sized muffin tin.
  5. Immediately top each candy with desired Christmas sprinkles.
  6. Place the muffin tin into the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until the candy is firm.
  7. Once set, remove from the refrigerator and enjoy!

Notes

Use a slow cooker liner for easy cleanup.
Stir frequently to prevent scorching and ensure even melting.
Don’t skip chilling; it’s essential for proper setting.
Add sprinkles immediately after scooping so they adhere well.
