Nostalgic, no-bake truffles made from classic Cosmic Brownies, coated in chocolate, and topped with colorful sprinkles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cosmic brownies, 13-ounce box
  • 24 ounces chocolate almond bark
  • ¼ cup rainbow chip sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove cosmic brownies from their packaging.
  3. Cut each brownie in half.
  4. Take one brownie half and use your hands to press and roll it until a smooth ball forms.
  5. Place the formed ball on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Repeat this step until all brownie halves are used.
  7. Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator.
  8. Chill for 30 minutes or until the brownie balls are firm.
  9. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate almond bark.
  10. Microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring well in between.
  11. Continue microwaving and stirring until the almond bark is completely smooth and melted.
  12. Remove the chilled truffles from the refrigerator.
  13. Drop 1 truffle into the melted chocolate coating.
  14. Use a fork or spiral dipping tool to gently toss and coat the truffle.
  15. Lift the truffle and gently shake off any excess coating.
  16. Return the coated truffle to the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  17. While the coating is still wet, add rainbow chip sprinkles on top of the truffle.
  18. Repeat this coating and decorating step until all truffles are coated and decorated.
  19. If desired, use any remaining melted chocolate to drizzle a decorative pattern over the truffles.
  20. Allow the chocolate coating to set until firm, about 30 minutes.
  21. Serve as desired.

Notes

Ensure brownie balls are firm before dipping for best results.
Work quickly when adding sprinkles, as the chocolate sets fast.
Melt almond bark in short intervals to prevent scorching.
Use parchment paper for easy cleanup and to prevent sticking.
